This testing method simulates real-world conditions by transmitting actual data packets through the cable and measuring the results. The XG2 helps to identify older cable runs that can support higher speeds, ensuring network optimization. In addition to its certification capabilities, the XG2 includes a full range of active network tests and tools for efficient network installations, such as PoE testing and network testing over WiFi. The device simplifies the installation process by offering a comprehensive set of functions in one tool, making it ideal for professionals. It also supports Ethernet speed certification, cable qualification to IEEE standards, TDR & fiber cable length measurement, and PoE testing up to 90W (PoE++). The Fiber Optic Kit comes with two basic kits, ensuring all the necessary components for fiber testing are included.
