Product Overview

The Jonard Tools FPM-50S Mini Optical Power Meter features a built-in 2 mW visual fault locator, network cable tester and remote. It is designed to take precise measurements of the absolute optical power and relative power loss in fiber optic cables. The OPM measures power from -50 to +26dBm at 10 preset calibrated wave lengths (850, 980, 1270, 1300, 1310, 1490, 1550, 1577, 1625 and 1650nm), with a mere 0.01 dB resolution. It also tests RJ45 connectorized network cables using built-in remote. The device offers LED screen with backlight, auto-off after 10 minutes and more than 120 hours of operation.
