Product Overview

The Simply45 S45-B003 is an 8.5mm (0.33") snagless strain relief for use with larger diameter shielded LAN cables. The S45-B003 is recommended for all Simply45 brand shielded with external ground RJ45 modular plugs. These 8.5mm strain reliefs protect the RJ45 modular plug and extend the useful life of the termination. Simply45 recommends that strain reliefs or boots should be used with all RJ45 terminations.

  • Fits Large Shielded LAN Cables
  • Large, Snagless Design; this strain relief can be permanently attached to a Simply45 Shielded External Ground modular plug during the crimping cycle
  • This strain relief is recommended for large shielded LAN cables that are up to 0.33" in diameter, and it can be trimmed to fit into narrow installations
  • Additionally, the snagless design helps to prevent latch tabs from breaking
