This 8MP 180° Panoramic IP camera provides high-definition 100% coverage with the ability to digitally pan, tilt and zoom (PTZ) to any location. The VX-8M-180-IAW is ideal for low-light environments, and requires no blind spot monitoring. Displaying up to 3840(H) X 2160(V) pixels, this cutting-edge bullet camera is designed to integrate seamlessly with the full family of VIGIL™ Video Management System (VMS) software modules.
This 180° panoramic camera boasts industry leading low-light specifications. The CMOS image sensors provide a crystal-clear color image down to as low as 0.29 lux, even in conditions that would defeat conventional low-light models, making for incredible performance in any deployment. The VX-8S-180-AWD is packed with features perfect for nearly any application including: motion detection, compatibility with a wide variety of standardized network protocols, 3D DNR, DWDR, audio and alarm support. In addition, this camera is designed to continue functioning at top performance at temperatures as low as -30°C (-22°F) and as high as 50°C (122°F).
Dual-streaming compression allows recording at the highest quality while allowing fast live viewing from anywhere in the world regardless of available bandwidth. With full support for both variable bit rate and variable frame rate, the quality of each stream can be matched to available bandwidth for the most effective video quality possible. When coupled with the VIGIL™ Series of Network Video Recorders (NVR) and Video Management System (VMS) software, superior point-topoint hardware compression and decompression allows for maximum performance of streamed live video providing better video quality, more concurrent streams and a lower overall hit to CPU performance.
