The PA1594 is a microprocessor-controlled active cable tester for LAN cables (RJ45) and coax cables (F connector) that allows you to check for continuity and correct wiring in seconds. Check patch cords or building wiring for shorts, opens, crosses and splits. The transmitter and receiver lock together for easy storage and have a pouch to keep the kit together. LAN tester detects shorts, misswires, splits or reversal Select for straight through or crossover LAN cables Two scan speeds, fast or slow Maps connector and cable pin-out Tests cables up to 900′ or 300 m Also checks coaxial cables via the F connectors and included adaptors Two (2) RJ45 patch cords and 2 AAA batteries (included) Contained in a durable nylon carrying case with belt loop.
